First Health Pharmaceuticals at USCA2019

First Health Pharmaceuticals will participate at the 2019 United States Conference on AIDS – USCA2019 that will be held from Sep 05 – 08, 2019 at Marriott Marquis Washington, DC.

USCA is organized by the National Minority AIDS Council (NMAC). NMAC hopes to normalize the discussion on race issues in the HIV movement. NMAC wants to partner with organizations that have fought for racial justice and health equity and First Health Pharmaceuticals is proud to be able to promote the work of the First Health United Foundation during USCA.

This year, USCA will focus on ending the HIV epidemic in America. It will be an opportunity for health departments, community-based organizations, People Living with HIV, People on PrEP, national organizations, health centers, health care providers, donors, activists, and federal leaders to come together to discuss implementation.

Since its inception as a biotech company, First Health Pharmaceuticals has always been sensitive to the social impact for people living with HIV and over the years we have made many new friends within the HIV community.

First Health Pharmaceuticals has developed the first ever generation of highly active ART Translation Inhibitors which block the viral replication within HIV infected cells. These compounds can be integrated in standard antiretroviral therapies while at the same time offering new solutions for Reservoir Reduction and Shock & Kill strategies.
