The biennial International AIDS Conference, AIDS2018, is the world’s biggest healthcare conference and will be held in Amsterdam from July 23rd to 27th, 2018. Over 20.000 healthcare professionals as well as people living with HIV and International media are expected to participate in this event. For one week, the eyes of the world will be focused on Amsterdam and the importance of the fight against HIV/AIDS.
On November 8th, in preparation of AIDS2018, the coordinating committee under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Mabel Van Oranje organised a work lunch to which our company had the privilege to be invited. In the front row of the photo above you will find Princess Mabel next to Professor Reiss and Alderman Choho of Amsterdam. The attendees to the meeting present in the photo are important representatives of the Dutch government, NGOs as well as Captains of Industries that endorse AIDS2018.
Being the only pharmaceutical company active in the research of cellular host factor based HIV antiviral agents with high activity against all therapy resistant HIV strains, as well as being an Amsterdam based company, we all agreed that AIDS2018 will be the perfect occasion to share our research with the world.
